Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the hosted PushTower service, mobile application, website, and APIs. By using PushTower, you agree to these terms.
Using PushTower
You may use PushTower only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed with your account and API keys, for keeping credentials secure, and for the notification content you submit.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when linking an account. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered after their only credential is lost. You can permanently delete your account and associated PushTower data from the app under Settings → Log Out → Delete Account.
Acceptable use
You must not use PushTower to:
- send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, threatening, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- distribute malware or use notifications to facilitate fraud or harmful activity; or
- resell the hosted service without written permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid mobile subscriptions are billed by the applicable app store and renew according to the period shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your app-store account. Deleting a PushTower account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Except where law requires otherwise, refunds are handled under the applicable store's rules.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep PushTower reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery. Push notifications depend on third-party networks and platform services. We may modify features, limits, or these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or website.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PushTower only the permission needed to process and deliver it and operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Open source and self-hosting
Source code is provided under the license included with the relevant repository. These hosted-service terms do not replace that license. When you self-host PushTower, you are responsible for operating the deployment, protecting its data, and complying with applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PushTower is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed notification delivery. PushTower is not an emergency service and must not be the sole channel for safety-critical alerts. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
